  - Per-file track selection - Keep audio 2, burn subtitle 1, ditch the rest

  - Hardware encoding - NVENC, QuickSync, AMF - whatever your GPU supports

  - Plex presets - Direct Play, no transcoding drama

  - Subtitle handling - PGS to SRT via OCR, burn-in, extraction

  Requirements

  - Windows 10/11

  - FFmpeg (bundled or in PATH)

  - Optional: Tesseract for OCR
